Our SIS Area Manager in France, Belgium and UK is our brand ambassador throughout all SIS / Departmental stores (Selfridges, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps & Inno). Leading the store staff team to ensure performance metrics and sell out targets in each point of sale while making sure our brands image stays aligned with our standards.
What will the role entail?
- Attract, retain and keep the teams engaged and highly motivated.
- Complete recruitment process by incorporating talented candidates into the group. Training and onboarding of new team members, targeting continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills and customer service excellence.
- Analysis of SIS financial results vs budgets.
- Coordinate and guide teams into achieve results according to internal KPI’s.
- Provide mentoring where the professional development of employees is a priority, including conflict management by confronting the situation in the most effective way.
- Define job schedules for each SIS staff to optimize results
- Build up stronger relationships with SIS management in order to help achieve business results.
- Analyze key market competitor's developments, including performance, consumer and regional market trends.
- Ensure the staff follows SIS business-oriented methodologies and procedures, while achieving our internal procedures and processes.
- Fluent and strong team communication with the internal departments such as commercial teams, Shop & construction, planning and merchandising department, in order to optimize and ensure the smooth operations of SIS.
- Provide to the store staff teams the VM guidelines and trainings of the AWWG Group brands for an optimum collections display at store.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (writing for digital platforms, including websites, email, and social media).
- Fluency in French and English (will be tested throughout the process). Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
