Take this opportunity to make an impact on a global scale within a leading international group. In this role, you will collaborate and contribute to innovative projects across borders.

Your tasks:

• Leading global operations, manage the daily business of Plansee Group across international markets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals

• Being a bridge between market & strategy, collaborating with the group’s leadership and act as the vital link between market insights, business strategy, and production to drive innovation and growth

• Develop and maintain product roadmap, represent market needs and trends within the group to guide product and business decisions

• Push and challenge internal decision-making and oversee lifecycle management & innovation to foster agility, and responsiveness across teams and locations in the group

• Reporting to Business Segment Manager, maintain cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure effective product positioning, internal trainings, and global alignment

• Close interaction with customers (key account notably)

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or Development, SME or industrial sector experience is a strong plus

• You possess strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

• You are fluent in English, and you are a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups

• You are proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM related tools

• You are available and willing to travel internationally (>25%) to gather insights, guide product direction and to engage directly with clients and markets worldwide
