Position Overview : Responsibilities :

• Develop and lead a comprehensive global fit strategy aligned with brand vision.
• Lead a global team of fit specialists to execute the fit strategy across all product categories.
• Accountable for creation maintenance and evolution of global fit standards and libraries including fit blocks standard measurements grade rules size charts size guides howtomeasure manuals and POM libraries.
• Serve as the primary fit authority and champion fit excellence standardization and consistency across internal and external teams.
• Educate crossfunctional partners on fit global fit standards and protocols.
• Align global vendor and manufacturing partners to brand fit standards and practices.
• Continuously assess refine and innovate fit processes tools and methodologies.
• Monitor customer feedback industry trends innovations and competitor benchmarks to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury fit standards.
• Lead competitive analysis and share findings along with recommendations to the product creation team.
• Lead fit seasonal reviews and provide regular updates to senior leadership on fitrelated initiatives challenges and achievements.
• Oversee fit process including fittings schedules budget and model management in partnership with PD Director.
