Apprentice : Project Data Analyst - F/M/NB

Your mission

Within the Project Controls department, you will be responsible for supporting identified initiatives to improve / enhance the discipline's deliverables : Risk Register, Convergence Plan and Power Bi Dashboards.

Your main missions will be :

• Collaborate with Project controls Systems team to improve existing solutions (Risk Register, Convergence Plan, Power Bi dashboards).
• Be a force for suggestions on the use of the Office 365 suite and more particularly Power App.
• Elaborate the proof of concept (POC) to assess the additional value to the business (Project driven).
• Animate workshops and design implementation roadmap of the news features.
• Write and review the documentation on the new methods and tools.

Your profile

You are a Master's student or an engineering school specializing in Data / Economics / Project Management. You are looking for a 1-year work-study contract.

The required profile must have a digital background in Data Management / Visualization. Certification training as a Data Analyst or equivalent will be appreciated for this position.

You have strong analytical and synthesis skills combined with writing / oral ease.

Localisation

The apprenticeship is based in Suresnes (92), with possibilities of partial teleworking.
