At CELO, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations within the assigned European region. As Sales Manager, you will shape the commercial vision of your area, lead a high‑performing team, and build strong relationships with key customers.
Location: Lyon
University degree, preferably in Engineering.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Live in lyon or near the city to go to the office (Tassin-la-demi-lune)
Strategic Planning: Develop annual and mid‑term sales plans, analyze market trends and competitors, identify new opportunities, and allocate resources and priorities to achieve targets.
Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies, lead and motivate the sales team, manage key accounts, negotiate major agreements, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, propose improvement actions, provide timely solutions to customers, and report results to management.
Collaboration & Development: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and other subsidiaries; ensure team training, promote CELO’s culture and values, and guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure the achievement of sales, gross margin, and net margin targets in your region.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with CELO’s mid‑term objectives.
Lead, inspire, and empower the sales team to reach ambitious goals.
