We are looking for a full-time In Store Visual Merchandiser for our Vallée Village studio. As In Store Visual Merchandiser at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

Responsabilités

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the studio but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience.

You take care of our valued customers at the studio and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by :

• Being responsible for setting and maintaining visual and brand standards
• Analyzing KPI figures, basing product placement with store specific needs with the focus to increase and drive sales
• Ensuring your in-store merchandising are according to guidelines, adapted to different store needs and different buying, reflects the brand, collection inspiration, market and season
• Executing weekly floor walks with management and focus on store improvements in terms of visual standards, expression, store sales and KPI's
• Executing weekly walkthroughs in stock room to check store standard and ensuring stock rotation
• Coaching and communicating with in-store visuals and store teams to improve the visual understanding and standards

Specific experience and knowledge for this role :

• Previous VM role within the retail
• Fluent in French and English, which is a prerequisite for this position
