What Youll Do

• As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding internationally we are looking for an Intern Marketing Assistant - MEAI (Middle East Africa India) to support the business.
• The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing activations for the brand and the wholesale customers across the region
• This position is a 6-month internship starting January 2026
• The position is based in Paris 8.

This role will report to the MEAI Marketing Coordinator and will provide support to the larger Marketing team.

What Youll Be Working On

1. Retailer Social Media Support
• Manage the brands presence on retailer social media by providing bi-weekly post and story proposals.
• Conduct weekly audits of retailer Instagram and TikTok accounts to track brand visibility analyze content themes identify areas for improvement and gather competitive insights.
2. PR & Influencer Support
• Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines campaign objectives and messaging for tactical marketing campaigns.
• Assess influencer profiles for tactical seedings.
• Analyze influencer-generated content performances and provide key learnings for all PR initiatives.
• Manage all creative requests on Wrike for PR events PR seedings
3. Marketing Campaign Logistics
• Coordinate product shipments to ensure timely delivery to PR agencies and retailers for local activations including PR seeding and events.
• Provide retailers and PR agencies with necessary brand assets (packshots press releases e-com banners etc.) to support 360 campaign execution.
• Maintain and update internal project management tools (sampling trackers etc.).
• Manage digital creative briefs with retailers and creative teams.

Must Haves

• Masters student in Communication or Business school.
• Minimum 1 first experience in marketing end of studies internship preferred (already 2 x 6-months internships)
• Affinity with beauty and digital marketing (influence paid media etc) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English French is strongly recommended for ease of communication within the team.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
