About our Company : About the Team :
The Vice President of Strategy will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our multi-product platform. This executive will be responsible for driving strategic alignment across the organization, translating corporate goals into a coordinated product strategy, and developing a rolling comprehensive cross-platform roadmap for the 18 month to 3+ year horizon. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product strategy within the technology and / or life sciences space, a sharp understanding of market and customer dynamics, and a strong ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $193,500 to $229,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
