Your mission is to deliver an excellent customer experience while helping business users optimize their advertising performance. Your Responsibilities Assist business clients via chat, email and phone. Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base. Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools. Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs and advertising delivery errors. Proactively communicate with clients and offer performance-improving solutions. Share customer insights with internal teams to improve platform tools. Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Requirements French C2 (spoken & written). English B2 . EU citizenship or valid EU/Portugal work permit .
