Embla Medical seeks a passionate and results-oriented Managing Director to lead our Patient care business segment ForMotion within the French market with 35 locations approx.300 employees. Location to be discussed (Rennes or Cambrai preferred with frequent travels to French locations and part-time remote work).
This established role requires a dynamic leader to further develop and grow the business in France drive change strategic growth enhance profitability and foster a high-performing team within this key market.
The Managing Director will report into Embla Medical EVP Patient Care.
Your role
The Managing Director will take full responsibility for the business development and financial management of the Patient Care business in France leading all aspects of its operations. This includes driving Change to the new organization sustainable growth and profitability while navigating a complex organizational structure. This role demands strong leadership strategic vision and the ability to effectively collaborate across the Embla Medical organization. The Managing Director will lead activity and teams in carrying out the Group strategy and vision declining it into priorities setting objectives and implementing action plans for France with both execution and long-term focus.
The Managing Director will ensure alignment with ForMotions overarching goals while preserving the unique identity and autonomy of the Patient Care segment in France.
This includes but is not limited to :
Leading activity and teams into monitoring and continuously improving company performance across all key metrics.
Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to address both present and future market challenges and opportunities.
Spearheading business development initiatives to expand the companys reach and impact within the French market.
Actively working to increase sales from existing customers through strategic account management and value enhancement.
Identifying and exploring new potential avenues for market share growth.
Ensuring the delivery of adequate services and solutions that enhance product differentiation and create a competitive advantage in the French market.
Who are you :
Proven Leadership : 15 years experience including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Clinic / retail healthcare background would be beneficial.
Change : Proven ability to drive organizational change effectively and foster increased employee engagement within established teams.
Strategic Acumen : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
P&L Expertise : Deep understanding of P&L management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
Operational Excellence : Experience in streamlining operations driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.
Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Languages : Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
