Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or support is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle challenges proactively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
