Revolutionize Customer Experience with state of the art Cloud Solutions!

Join our dynamic team and become a strategic partner in transforming how businesses connect with their customers through innovative cloud technologies. Were seeking a passionate sales specialist who can bridge technology and business strategy to drive transformative customer experiences.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect targeting specific domains and customer segments
- Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions
- Serve as the primary business specialist for customer services within your assigned territory
- Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWSs unique capabilities
- Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative customer projects

Your day will be a blend of strategic thinking customer engagement and business innovation. Youll collaborate with business leaders dive deep into complex customer challenges and craft tailored propositions that unlock new potential for organisations across various industries.

- Proven expertise in Enterprise technology sales or consulting
- Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations business and technology
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite Executive Business and non-technical audiences

- Demonstrated credibility as a business advisor to executive leadership
- Experience negotiating complex customer and partner agreements
- Proven success in matrix sales environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies including public and hybrid cloud platforms
