Welcome to your new role, as our next Distribution Sales Manager (DSM) !
You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter and BESS products
- Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the channel partners
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities
- Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements

Who are you:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Fluency in French on at least C1 level or Native, English at least B2.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales channels
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter and BESS technology
- Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
- Driving license.
