About the Role
Join a leading international streaming platform as a Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Associate .
You will assist users via chat email and phone ensuring the best viewing experience and resolving technical or account-related issues.
Working Conditions
Schedule : 09 : 0022 : 00 Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts including bank holidays).
Mode : Fully remote (you must be based in Lithuania or Estonia).

Bonus : 100 gross / month (based on KPI)
Requirements
Native or C1 / C2 Hebrew speaker
English B2 (written and spoken)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work full-time and on rotational shifts
