What Youll Do

Prepare support and guide stakeholders through every stage of transformation

Design and deploy a global change toolkit across multiple geographies

Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness

Coordinate change activities across countries and business functions

Monitor measure and report on the change journey

What Were Looking For

Must-Have:

Expertise inchange managementand global IT solution deployment

Strongmanagement experience

Excellent communication skills inFrench & English

Nice-to-Have:

Finance/Controlling process knowledge

Experience with large complex multi-country ERP rollouts
