Role Description
Dassault Systemes’ is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Expert to drive direct sales engagements, manage key reseller partnerships, and identify new business opportunities across global markets. This role bridges the line between customer acquisition, partner enablement, and strategic growth for the DraftSight portfolio within Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE Works ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Direct Sales Engagements
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for key accounts.
· Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, demonstrate value, and drive conversion to DraftSight and xDraftSight solutions.
· Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Partner Management
· Develop and execute joint business plans with key VARs and resellers.
· Lead partner enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, and incentive programs to strengthen partner-driven sales.
· Ensure consistent communication and alignment between partners, marketing, and product teams.
Business Development
· Identify new market opportunities in target verticals such as AEC, manufacturing, and government.
· Support channel expansion and strategic partnerships with technology and solution providers.
· Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events that drive new customer acquisition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with the DraftSight marketing, technical, and product management teams to align on messaging, pricing, and customer feedback loops.
· Partner with the 3DEXPERIENCE Works sales organization to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
