🚀 Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Content & Communication Manager at the crossroads of tech journalism, content marketing, and public relations.

You will be the voice of HrFlow.ai — the person who amplifies our vision, innovations, and ecosystem through inspiring and impactful storytelling formats.

You will work closely with the marketing team and external content writers, coordinating the full production process, from ideation and briefing to editing, publishing, and measuring impact. Your mission is to establish a scalable content engine that educates, inspires, and positions HrFlow.ai as the thought leader in the HrTech space.

💬 Your Responsibilities

• Design and lead the global editorial strategy (articles, videos, podcasts, social media, newsletters, etc.)
• Write and publish high-value content : analyses, interviews, reports, case studies, street interviews, opinion pieces, etc.
• Manage press relations and media partnerships : press releases, interview scheduling, media monitoring.
• Optimize SEO / SEA performance and organic visibility of our content.
• Develop a strong and consistent presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee the coherence of our internal and external communications.
