We are recruiting for a Backend Developer, Frontend Developer and Team Lead for a fully remote Salesforce Project. Our client is looking for candidates to start ASAP on a remote basis for an initial 12 Month contract.

We are currently hiring for the following roles :

Back-End Salesforce Developer (Strong Apex Experience) + Senior Developer : As a Back-End / Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable server-side logic within the Salesforce ecosystem. A strong foundation in Apex development is essential for this role, along with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and Salesforce best practices. You will be responsible for building and integrating APIs, working with SOQL and SOSL, leveraging platform events, and ensuring the performance and security of our Salesforce applications. Senior Developer responsibilities include mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.
Senior Salesforce Team Lead : As a Senior Salesforce Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of talented Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will be responsible for project planning, task delegation, code reviews, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce development teams. Technical expertise in either front-end (LWC) or back-end (Apex) Salesforce development is preferred.

Responsibilities (vary depending on specific role) :

Design, develop, and test high-quality code within the Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, business analysts, and QA engineers.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes within the Salesforce context.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

For Senior Developers) Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions within the Salesforce platform.

For Senior Team Lead) Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring project success.

Qualifications (vary depending on specific role) :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce certifications are a plus.

For Senior Developers) Demonstrated experience as a senior Salesforce developer.

For Senior Team Lead) Proven leadership and management skills within a Salesforce environment.

Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus, but not required.
