Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to travel the world and work closely with a dynamic entrepreneurial family? We are currently seeking an executive personal assistant, who has an EU passport and speaks fluent Russian, English and French.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to providing exceptional service.

The role will involve extensive travel.

We are in search of a professional personal assistant with a flair for organisation and a talent for multitasking. You will be the cornerstone of the family’s operations, providing invaluable administrative support with business and private affairs for the principal and his young family.

Fluency in Russian, French and English, you will seamlessly navigate communication across borders and cultures.

From coordinating intricate travel arrangements to managing complex schedules, your attention to detail and discretion will be paramount.

Familiarity with household management, staff supervision, and team coordination is a must. Confidentiality will be your guiding principle, as you navigate sensitive matters with integrity, discretion, and a profound sense of responsibility.

As an executive personal assistant, it is more than just administrative duties, it is about being prepared to journey alongside the principle and his family on both long and short-term trips.

Ensuring that the family's needs are met with the same level of attentiveness and care as when they are at one of their homes.

This position operates on a rotational basis with another personal assistant. The schedule will be discussed further with suitable candidates during the interview process.
