This position is a 6-months contract.Your main responsibilities : To BE a business partner for OVHcloud BUs activities to ensure that the software agreements meet the organization's expectationsTo develop and deploy sourcing strategies based on market situation, OVHcloud's buying power and requirements from internal stakeholders (business, IT, legal, data protection, security), to secure savings, technical differentiation, and qualityTo lead partnership negotiations in close collaboration with the Product and Legal teams to ensure technology agreements are enablers to OVHcloud's roadmap and strategyTo negotiate all Software contracts in alignment with the Group related strategies and requirementsTo lead the entire procurement cycle on software acquisitionTo contribute to the contractual and financial steering of the category along with the Controlling, Legal and BUs teams- Assumes responsibility for sustainability goals relating to the software and services supply chain including assessment of Corporate Social Responsibility risks and implementation of mitigation strategiesThis contract is a fixed term contract of 6 months.
XSkills required : - You have at least 1 to 3 years global procurement experience, including a specific experience in IT software- You have got an experience in strategic sourcing and proven ability to work in a logical and thorough way- You are an excellent negotiator, who works with and develops suppliers to meet customer requirements- You are fluent in French and in English (C1 minimum)- You are a strong leader, but also a team player with the ability to act on own initiative and work well under pressureThat's a plus : - You are aware of new and innovative approaches in software and cloud management, where appropriate, make recommendations on new initiatives and concepts- You are innovative and always striving to improve performance
