A professional and experienced Live-in Domestic Couple is required to oversee and manage the smooth daily running of a private residence in Paris. The ideal Couple will provide hands-on support across all aspects of household operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation whilst ensuring the Principal’s comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Joint Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of the residence
- Deliver personalised service standards to meet and exceed the Principal’s expectations
- Maintain constant readiness of the home for occupancy or guest arrivals
- Liaise with the family office team, including Assistants, Butlers, Chefs, Drivers, Nannies, and Security
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors and maintenance personnel
- Monitor and operate smart home technology systems, including lighting, security, HVAC, and window treatments
- Oversee the care and preservation of fine furnishings, art, antiques, and collectibles
- Prepare, review, and manage household budgets, invoices, and inventories
- Manage petty cash and provide monthly expense reports
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are upheld throughout the property.
Role 1: House Manager / Butler
- Act as the main point of contact for the Principal and guests
- Manage and organise the work of any household staff, providing training and leadership where needed
- Provide concierge-style service for guests, including activity and transportation arrangements
- Supervise scheduled maintenance and oversee property inspections
- Oversee packing and unpacking for the Principal
- Report and monitor all maintenance, repairs, and security issues
- Liaise directly with contractors and ensure high standards of workmanship
- Maintain detailed property manuals and operational procedures.
Role 2: Housekeeper / Cook
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the home
- Implement and follow a detailed cleaning and maintenance schedule, including daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning tasks
- Oversee and assist with laundry and wardrobe management, ensuring clothing and linens are washed, ironed, and stored properly
- Manage household supplies, grocery shopping, and pantry organisation
- Provide light cooking or meal preparation as required, ensuring dietary preferences are respected
- Care for all materials within the home - upholstery, glass, silver, leather, and antiques
- Ensure bathrooms are impeccably maintained, equipped with fresh toiletries and towels, and that all plumbing and fixtures are regularly checked
- Maintain cleanliness of staff quarters, spa facilities, gymnasium, pools, and common areas
- Regularly check and maintain all home systems including lighting, media, air-conditioning, and heating
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare the home for family and guest visits, ensuring all rooms are immaculate and welcoming
- Manage and restock all consumables and amenities
- Coordinate household inventories and liaise with vendors for supplies
- Provide hands-on assistance for events or special occasions hosted at the property
- Maintain a calm, professional presence and demonstrate flexibility with working hours as needed
