Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

Procéder à un benchmarking des boites à bagages (BaB) existantes sur les autres programmes Airbus ou Concurrents

Analyse des points suivants  :

  • Formes et volumes utiles,
  • Systèmes d’ouverture des portes,
  • Moyens de fixation sur la structure,
  • Intégration d’équipements dans la boite (PSU et / ou autre système avion)
  • Matériaux…

Recueil des exigences de conception majeures interne ATR. Concevoir de façon disruptive une boite à bagage idéale. Intégrer les contraintes ATR dans ce nouveau design de BaB

Afin de remplir la mission au sein de l’équipe « CUSTOMIZATION & LIVRERY (ECC) », l’équipe assurera une familiarisation du candidat aux sujets suivants  :

  • Conception d’élément de cabine,
  • Lecture de plan de définition,
  • Constitution d’un dossier de définition,
  • Règles de conception,
  • Suivi et coordination d’un mini projet.

    • La finalité du stage est de proposer un nouveau design de Boite à bagage rompant avec l’existant et s’inspirant des meilleures solutions existantes sur le marché.

    Ce stage est fait pour vous :

  • Elève Ingénieur généraliste orienté conception mécanique,
  • Vous savez utilisez CATIA V5,
  • Vous avez une très bonne écoute active,
  • Vous savez coordonner des activités et restituer des états d’avancement,
  • Français  : courant
  • Anglais  : A2 / B1
  • Une première expérience au sein d’un bureau d’études dans le domaine aéronautique est un plus.

    Le processus de recrutement se passe en deux étapes après l’analyse de votre CV  :

    Detailed description of the mission

    Proceed to a benchmarking on existing overhead bins (OHB) on other Airbus programs or on competing companies :

    Analyzing following points :

  • Shapes and useful volumes
  • Door opening system.
  • Fittings on Aircraft Structure
  • Equipment integration directly in the overhead bin (aircraft systems, PSU…)
  • Materials…

    • Identification of norms, standards, ATR methods to be used to create the deliverables. Design an ideal OHB in a disruptive way. Integrate ATR requirement in this new design.

    In order to fulfill the mission within the “CUSTOMIZATION & LIVRERY (ECC) ”, the team will familiarize the candidate with the following subjects :

  • Cabin Monument design,
  • Reading of definition drawing,
  • Constitution of a definition dossier,
  • Design rules,
  • Follow-up and coordination of a mini project.

    • The internship objective is to design a new overhead bin, breaking up with current design, inspired by the best existing solutions on the market.

    This internship is designed for you

  • Student Master degree in mechanical engineering,
  • Knowledge about mechanical design and CATIA V5
  • Capacity to learn and very good active listener,
  • Knowledge to coordinate activities and report on progress,
  • You are open minded and synthetic with capability to step back from activities and propose new ideas,
  • French : fluent
  • English : A2 / B1
  • A first experience in a design office in the aeronautical field is a bonus.
