We’re looking for an exceptional candidate with great potential to join the Oracle Consulting organization in driving the growth of our cloud HCM portfolio as an individual contributor, you will get the chance to be in the driver’s seat and have an impact, working at the highest delivery level directly for the software vendor. You will also get the chance to experience working with Product Management, Partners, international customers and system integrators.

What are we looking for

  • Prior team lead experience preferred
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Prior project presales experience preferred
  • Experience on HRIS, ideally Oracle HCM but not necessarily

    What you will do

    Our consultants partner with customers to unlock the full potential of their Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure that business outcomes are met.

  • Acting as a mentor in the team and working closely with the Practice Manager
  • Recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice
  • Participating in major bids and go-to-market opportunities
  • Actively find new opportunities within the customer
  • Lead projects - solution design and implementation aspects in relationship to other pillars
  • Manage scope control and assists project management by building and discussing the case with the customer
  • Significant impact on project profitability by managing the risks
