About Chain Of Events

Chain Of Events is the Paris-based start-up company founded to organize the Paris Blockchain Week, the largest European blockchain conference consisting of an entire week of events with over 10,000 attendees, including the Paris Blockchain Week Summit, our flagship event, RAISE, an event dedicated to AI, and an Investors Day and startup competition to find the most promising new companies in the sector.

We work to consolidate and expand the global leadership of our events, transforming them into the go-to BtoB platform for Blockchain and Web3 top-tier professionals. In 2026, the event will take place from April 15th to 16th and RAISE from July 8th to 9th in the Carrousel du Louvre.

About the position

The Chain Of Events team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join us in January!

This is a great experience for someone with a hands-on attitude, willing to be part of a great entrepreneurial and international adventure.

In collaboration with the Operations Team, your missions and activities will be:

Pre-event :

• Manage service providers: venue, catering, booth design and construction, signage, audiovisual, connections and other various technical services.
• Coordinate and optimize the technical and logistical part of the events (PBW, RAISE and special events).
• Collaborate with all the Chain of Events team members.
• Ensure the administrative part is realized (quotes, purchase orders and invoices).
• Contribute to the global budget management.

During the event :

• Manage on-site logistics (set up, opening & dismantling phases) for all services.
• Manage external teams and technical support for exhibitors.
• Check and guarantee the conformity of the execution with schedules and orders.
• Anticipate and find solutions to various technical and/or logistical topics.

Post-event :

• Evaluate suppliers, prepare the debriefing.
• Suggest improvements.
• Control of budgetary commitments, payment, closing of accounts.

In summary:

You will be in charge of the operational preparation of Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE You will be one of the technical, logistical and security contact for customers, suppliers and team onsite.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of the Business Events industry.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks at one time on several projects

Expected training and experience

• Master’s degree in Event Industry or related field.
• Similar experience in the Event Industry.
• 5+ years experience required.
