Purpose

IDEMIA Public Security, a division of IDEMIA Group, is the premium provider of trusted biometric solutions that revolutionize public security and identity, travel and transport, and access control. We are looking for a Senior Software & Cloud Architect capable of designing and leading secure, scalable distributed architectures, developing high-performance solutions in .NET/C#, C++, and Python, and driving cloud transformation (Azure/AWS) with a strategic, results-oriented technical vision.

Key Missions

• Design and drive architecture strategies for large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (Azure & AWS)
• Define reference architectures, best practices, and patterns for software and cloud solutions
• Design, drive by example, and implement critical sections of libraries or components to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
• Apply and promote design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern architecture methodologies
• Lead technical decisions across .NET/C#, C/C++, Python, PowerShell, Bash, and other relevant stacks and Oversee system design and integration on Windows and Linux environments

Profile & Other Information

• 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, C/C++, Python, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Expertise in web development (Blazor, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, modern UI/UX)
• Strong background in cloud & DevOps (Azure, AWS, CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Solid understanding of security, networking, and data systems (SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with scalable, secure architectures (microservices, DDD, event-driven design)
• Certifications (preferred): Azure or AWS Architect, CISSP, TOGAF, CKA/CKAD
