Your mission should you choose to accept it:

An internship offer titled Responsible AI Communication Internship (f/m) has just opened at Airbus Commercial in Toulouse. You will join the Responsible AI team within the Advanced Analytics and AI department.

Your internship will involve promoting the widespread adoption of our Responsible AI approach within Airbus. You will help ensure that RAI principles are not just guidelines but are an integral part of our culture and daily operations.

This 6-month internship is ideally planned to start in January (this period is indicative and may be adjusted up to March at the latest).

Your main missions will consist of:

• Supporting RAI promotion: Lead various actions to raise awareness and understanding of our Responsible AI approach within Airbus. This includes contributing to internal communication developing engaging content and supporting internal events.

• Integrating RAI by design: Participate in initiatives to integrate RAI into key Airbus processes and culture from the design stage. This will involve collaborating with teams to integrate our development guidelines and foster a responsible AI mindset.

• Content creation: Develop clear and concise communication materials presentations and guidelines related to Responsible AI.

• Stakeholder engagement: Support engagement with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively tailor communication strategies.

• Research and analysis: Conduct research on best practices for AI regulation communication and ethics adoption.

Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional goals and developing your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Detailed understanding of AI.

• Communication experience with a wide range of audiences including AI specialists.

• Experience working within a multinational multidisciplinary team.

Your boarding pass:

You are preparing a Masters degree - M1 or M2 (Bac4/5 level) in Communication IT Programming Digital Tech or an equivalent field.

You have the following skills:

- Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in IT tools.

• Proficiency in office software (ideally Google Suite including Google Workspace and Gemini would be a plus).

• Competence in graphic design and digital tools for media creation.

- Soft Skills:

• An interest in artificial intelligence its use its regulation and its ethical implications.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Proactivity and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with a multinational and multidisciplinary team.

• An interest in Digital and Tech Worlds and Data Analsye/Collect.

- Languages:

• English: Fluent

• French: Basic knowledge Beginner is a plus.

• German: Basic knowledge Beginner is a plus.

Votre mission si vous lacceptez :
Une offre de stage intitulée Stage en communication IA Responsable vient de souvrir chez Airbus Commercial à Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez léquipe IA Responsable au sein du département Analyses Avancées et IA.

Votre stage consistera à promouvoir ladoption généralisée de notre approche IA responsable au sein dAirbus. Vous contribuerez à faire en sorte que les principes RAI ne soient pas de simples lignes directrices mais fassent partie intégrante de notre culture et de nos opérations quotidiennes.

Ce stage dune durée de 6 mois débutera idéalement en Janvier (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée jusquà Mars au plus tard).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Soutenir la promotion RAI :Mener diverses actions pour sensibiliser et faire comprendre notre approche dIA responsable au sein dAirbus. Cela comprend la contribution à la communication interne le développement de contenus engageants et le soutien aux événements internes.

• Intégrer RAI par conception:Participer aux initiatives visant à intégrer dès la conception la RAI aux processus clés et à la culture dAirbus. Cela impliquera de collaborer avec les équipes pour intégrer nos directives de développement et favoriser un état desprit responsable en matière dIA.

• Création de contenu :Développer des supports de communication des présentations et des lignes directrices clairs et concis liés à lIA responsable.

• Engagement des parties prenantes :Soutenir lengagement avec les parties prenantes internes pour comprendre leurs besoins et adapter efficacement les stratégies de communication.

• Recherche et analyse :Mener des recherches sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de réglementation de lIA de communication et dadoption en matière déthique.

Votre tuteur vous accompagnera pour identifier vos objectifs professionnels et développer vos compétences.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Compréhension détaillée de lIA

• Expérience de communication avec un large éventail de membres du public y compris des spécialistes de lIA

• Expérience de travail au sein dune équipe multinationale multidisciplinaire

Votre carte dembarquement :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Master 1 ou Master 2 (Bac4/Bac5)

en Communication Informatique Programmation Numérique Technologie ou dans un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

- Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise de loutil informatique.

• Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique (idéalement la Suite Google incluant Google Workspace et Gemini serait un plus).

• Compétences en design graphique et en outils

- Soft Skills :

• Un intérêt pour lintelligence artificielle son utilisation sa régulation et ses implications éthiques.

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

• Proactivité et souci du détail.

• Capacité à travailler avec une équipe multinationale et multidisciplinaire.

• Un intérêt pour le monde de la Tech et du Digital ainsi quune appétence pour la Collecte et lAnalyse de Données.

Langues :

• Anglais : Courant / Natif

• Français : Notions Débutant est un plus.

• Allemand : Notions Débutant est un plus.
