MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

As part of the Growth team and working closely with the UA team, you will optimize and manage a diverse portfolio, handling multiple tasks across multiple apps.

• Crack both paid and non-paid acquisition channels using unconventional methods, always innovating and exploring new approaches.
• Stay constantly up to date with the latest industry news and trends, identify those most relevant to our business, and adapt them into new activations, measurement methods, or processes.
• Manage projects end to end in a highly organized way, continuously refining and improving processes.
• Collaborate with BI and Tech teams to improve internal tools and increase team efficiency over time.
• Take a holistic role that links user acquisition with business and product understanding to fuel growth.
• You posses the mindset aligned with the 9 MWM principles described on the home page

ABOUT YOU

• You have a first experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within the mobile industry.
• You are a data-driven growth hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• You proactively identify key business insights and can quickly pivot strategies while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• You have the ability to create your own roadmap and adapt quickly when needed.
• You demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus.
