Position : Operations Customer Expert

Location : Lisbon Portugal

Market : French-Speaking

Your Main Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Service Operations team you will :

• Respond to customer requests via email chat contact forms and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries refunds or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products collect feedback and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed

Salary Package With & Without Accommodation

Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)

Total Gross Cash Compensation : 1040 / month

Includes : Base salary

Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances

Meal allowance (7 per working day)

Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip tax-free until 31 / 12 / 2026)

Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)

Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)

Total Gross Cash Compensation : 1240.00 / month
