Regional Sales Manager (France)
Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure instruments. Founded 30 years ago, the company is a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to Europe and around the world. As Staleks continues to grow, we are opening a new position for a Regional Sales Manager in France.
We are looking for a candidate living in the southern or central regions of France, fluent in French and Ukrainian/Russian, and with experience in active sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a sales strategy and drive growth within the assigned territory.
• Achieve planned sales targets and objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and manage new clients and partners.
• Ensure timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations by clients.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with customers, and participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions.
• Monitor the local Beauty market and visit retail locations within the assigned territory.

Requirements:
• Fluent in French and Ukrainian (or Russian); English proficiency will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in active sales.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Result-oriented, self-organized, and communicative personality.
