Project Management Intern

BlaBlaCar is the worlds leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices 30% working fully remotely.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Community Relations team at BlaBlaCar on a 6-month internship starting February 2026.

This wont be a typical support internship - youll be a true Project Manager and your role will be to hold the reins of high-stakes projects acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring delivery excellence. You will be reporting to Diane-Elody Ribes manager of the Process & Project Management team (7 people).

This role is designed for a high-potential candidate seeking autonomy responsibility and a real-world leadership challenge.

- Orchestrate Execution: Oversee the daily progress of at least 3 complex projects ensuring they remain on scope and on time.

- Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations quality training etc.) ensuring resources are unblocked and aligned with roadmap constraints.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and propose solutions.

- Maintain high rigor of documentation.

- Acting Face of the Project: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners/clients

- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly status reports to the Leadership team.
