PLM Architect

The Role:

As a PLM Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and evolving the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) architecture using Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by designing scalable, integrated solutions that span engineering, manufacturing, and operations. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead architecture efforts across complex, multi-domain programs

Area of Responsibility

• Design domain-specific target architectures leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Lead architectural design for large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across architecture layers: data, application, and integration.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to develop architecture blueprints and transformation roadmaps.
• Guide solution architects in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools.
• Promote and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines in secure environments.
• Define and standardize access technologies to 3DEXPERIENCE, ensuring harmonized functional access across domains.
• Support integration of PLM solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms

Knowledge / Experience

• Proven experience as a PLM Architect, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing domains.
• Expertise in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture and deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and secure CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of data modeling, application integration, and system interoperability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Familiarity with programs or similar large-scale engineering environments is a plus.
