IT Manager, Lyon, Full Time Full-time position - 35 hours/week Based in Lyon, France Wage depending on experience About Upfluence Upfluence helps brands tell their story with powerful influencer & content marketing technology.

Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale to execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, as well as provide detailed reporting metrics.

Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices.

Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, and Lyon.

• As our IT Systems Administrator, you will: IT Administration & Support Serve as the primary internal resource for all employee IT requests and support.

Set up, configure, and deploy computers, mobile devices, and related hardware for new hires and existing staff.

Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.

Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access across internal systems and cloud apps.

• Security & Compliance Oversee antivirus, RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management), and endpoint security tools.

Implement and maintain email security best practices, including anti-phishing tool updates and monitoring.

Administer security policies, firewalls, VPNs, and identity/access management tools.

Work closely with external auditors and internal teams to support SOC audit preparation and other compliance initiatives.

Monitor for security incidents and escalate appropriately.

• Technology Management Maintain and update internal software, licenses, and systems.

Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out productivity and security tools.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to infrastructure and security posture.

• Who You Are You have a passion for technology and security, with the ability to solve problems quickly and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike.
• You Might Be a Fit If You Have: 3+ years experience in IT support, systems administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of endpoint security, antivirus platforms, and RMM tools.

Solid experience with user and app management in cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Familiarity with security best practices, email protection systems, and compliance frameworks.

Strong documentation skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Bonus: Experience with SOC 2 or similar compliance audits.
