1. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Manage incoming qualified leads from marketing and trade shows.
- Proactively identify and approach new prospects in Spanish-speaking markets (LATAM, Spain, and other regions).
- Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel within HubSpot CRM and ensure regular follow-up.
2. Product Demonstration & Sales Process
- Conduct live or remote demos of the SiVIEW solution from the Paris showroom.
- Address prospects' questions and objections with professionalism and clarity.
- Frame commercial proposals and coordinate pilot project setups with technical and CSM teams.
- Ensure seamless handover to the Customer Success team once deals are signed.
3. Pilot Project Coordination
- Set up and monitor pilot installations with new clients.
- Collect user feedback and share insights with Product and R&D teams to enhance performance.
- Track key KPIs agreed with clients to validate the solution's impact and ROI.
4. Market Presence & Events
- Represent SiVIEW at international optical trade shows and industry events (approx. one per month).
- Support booth setup, demos, and client meetings during exhibitions.
- Report on market trends, competitive activity, and partnership opportunities.
5. Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and CSM teams to align messaging, demo tools, and client onboarding.
- Share feedback and insights to continually improve the commercial strategy and sales materials.
Qualifications
- Degree in Optometry or Optics.
- A background or experience in B2B Business or Sales
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Fluent in Spanish.

Other Requirements
- Position based in Paris, 3 days per week on-site (showroom / HQ).
- Regular international travel (Europe, LATAM, Asia).
