The Role

In this role your mission will be to help develop and maintain our IP Telephony software solutions including the newly released state of the art Unified Communications platform (UCaaS).

Working with the best European unified communication specialists and software engineers this platform will be greatly contributing to the product portfolio of Enreach. You will be part of the R&D Department and work on the lifecycle of development : definition of the specifications, development, documentation, tests. All in close collaboration with our software developers and global support teams. Your work :

  • Real-time services for call routing (eg : AAA / redirection rules / group rules management)
  • Various Protocol of communications and integration of external services (SIP, Rest, Web Socket, Bus…etc)
  • Evolution on a “micro-services kind Architecture” in order to improve our Cloud integration.
  • Problems, Incident, Emergency management.

Who are you?

  • Passioned and expert in Java environment with at least 5 years of experience as a Lead
  • Producer of well structured, maintainable, evolutive, rigorous, clean and automatically tested code
  • Ability to demonstrate, capability to assimilate constraints related to an IP telephony service : Correcting abnormal behaviors or outages to guarantee permanent service availabilityTracking individual actions – Monitoring / giving tools to the Telecom operator so that he can easily anticipate issues (overload…etc)Interacting with various external components deployed by the Telecom operator (SBCs, Calling systems…)Giving permanent visibility to quality of the rendered service
  • Experience with real-time communication protocol is necessary : SIP protocol knowledge is a “plus” (especially in an IMS framework) o Good knowledge in Software production (versioning, test, quality)Highly proficient in English and preferably a second European language
