Job title: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Seclin, France

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and managing cross-functional improvement projects at the Seclin site. You will support the performance of the enzyme manufacturing site by solving technical issues and ensuring the implementation of corrective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects in collaboration with R&D
• Manage multidisciplinary site improvement projects (technical, quality, safety)
• Solve production issues and coordinate with operational departments
• Update production recipes and process documentation
• Ensure technological monitoring and inter-site exchanges
• Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term industrial plans

You bring:

• Engineer or PhD in biotechnology or agro-food (Master's/BAC+5 minimum)
• Expertise in industrial biotechnology, specializing in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/drying
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industry
• Strong understanding of microbiology and food safety
• Continuous improvement skills (Yellow/Green Belt, Lean 6 Sigma)
• Project management skills, consultative approach, creativity, and fluency in English and French
