Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Communication Executive to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing and communication campaigns in line with Sofitel brand standards
- Create, review, and distribute marketing collaterals, including brochures, banners, flyers, and digital assets
- Manage and update content on digital platforms, including the hotel website and social media channels
- Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media visits, influencer collaborations, and photoshoots
- Support the organization and promotion of hotel events, weddings, F&B promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and social media engagement
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to Sofitel and Accor brand guidelines
- Assist in purchase requisitions, and documentation related to marketing activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably in hospitality or luxury brandsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong digital marketing knowledge and social media management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCreative mindset with a good understanding of branding and visual aestheticsExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
