As part of SAPs RISE Enterprise Architecture team you will guide customers through their digital transformation journeys from strategy to execution. Youll help define their North Star Enterprise Architecture drive Clean Core adoption and turn architectural visions into tangible business outcomes through SAP solutions.

What youll do:

As a RISE Enterprise Architect you will drive the value realization and the solution adoption and lead activities such as:

• Advise and guide customers to future-proof their IT landscapes simplify modernize and accelerate innovation.
• Collaboratively design as-is and target enterprise architecture models
• Champion the Clean Core imperative by reducing complexity consolidating systems and streamlining processes.
• Enable full value realization of SAP BTP through integration extensibility and process optimization.
• Promote AI capability adoption across the customer organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor across business and IT functions aligning technology decisions with strategic business goals.
• Develop adoption and success plans including KPIs roadmaps and measurable milestones to accelerate time-to-value.
• Monitor and report business outcomes ensuring alignment with customer objectives and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAPs cloud qualities.
• Act as the Transformation Partner for the CIO.
• Align customers and partners with SAPs Clean Core strategy accelerate BTP adoption and promote SAP best practices.

What You Bring:

Customer Success Manager Transformation Architectural & Solution Skills:

• Customer Success Leadership: Ability to define adoption strategies drive value realization and influence stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects and aligning customer priorities with target architecture and roadmap.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework (North Star).
• Experience with S/4HANA applications.
• Strong understanding of Cloud & Clean Core Strategy familiarity with SAP LeanIX Signavio and Cloud ALM.
• Outcome Measurement: Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights to demonstrate impact.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Program Manager Architect Customer Engagement Advisory).
• SAP implementation and transformation experience as a consultant program director or internal IT leader.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise business transformations through large-scale application delivery.
• Demonstrated S/4HANA technical and/or functional expertise in active transformation projects.
• Exceptional communication influencing and negotiation skills (French/ English) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across IT and business.
• Empathy and customer-first mindset anticipating needs and mitigating risks.
• Ability to operate in large complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience using SAP LeanIX and Signavio for architecture and process documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions.
• BTP Certifications (Integration Suite Extension Suite SAP Build).
• Professional certifications such as SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework (LeanIX EAM) SAP Certified ProfessionalEnterprise Architect (PSAPEA2023) or TOGAF.
