Job Summary -

Monitor the machine tool according to the global or Stryker procedures.

Primary Responsibilities –

- Set Up the machine tool

- Monitor the machine tool

- Fill out the associated documents or software (MES, EAM…)

- Ensure the preventive actions of the equipment TPM

- Be an actor of the 6S and Lean project,

- Participate actively in the life of the EHS process by collaborating on various assessments and analyzes led by the EHS department

Additional responsibilities for referent role within the substitute team - Responsabilités complémentaires en cas de rôle de réfèrent de l’équipe de suppléance :

- Ensure the continuity and good functioning of production activity (Communication, Compliance with instructions, planning, etc.) while ensuring production according to general or specific Stryker procedures (Machining / Finishing),

- Ensure compliance with the internal regulations,

- Compliance with procedures,

- Ensure the production flow (Priority, material output, ...)

Authority and Decision-Making –

- Total respect all Stryker procedures

- To be responsible of his production

Health Safety and Environment Directives –

Respect the HSE procedure
