French B2B Sales Specialist Hybrid in Sofia

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00
Salary:excellent 2000 BGN target bonus

Requirements:

• Fluent French & English (written/spoken)

• 2 years in sales (tech/digital ads a plus)

• Experience in business development & lead generation

• CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar)

• Strong organizational skills KPI-driven

• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound B2B sales activities

• Engage clients via phone email video & social media

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline

• Qualify leads & transfer to onboarding team

• Document all interactions in CRM

• Track metrics meet targets follow SLAs
