Quality Team Leader-Compans

The Quality & Exception Parcels Team ensure the identification and resolution of all types of exceptions encountered in the warehouse and train new operators on the three basic processes : Injection, Route Mode Sorting, and Parcel Mode Sorting.

Responsibilities

1. Management of Unplanned and Exception Parcels :

• Handle unplanned and exception parcels to ensure their final operations are completed (e.g., return to China, label reprinting, etc.).
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve parcel anomalies during the start of each shift.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of exception parcels and coordinate their processing with operators.
