What you will be doing
- Hunt for New Business: Identify, hunt and win global enterprise accounts valued at $30M+ in contract spend.
- Engage Key Stakeholders: Build relationships with executives across IT, Finance, and Procurement.
- Sell Smart Solutions: Showcase and sell to clients Ricoh’s full product portfolio from Managed Print Services and Business Process Automation to drive workplace efficiency.
- Lead Complex Deals: Negotiate and structure multi-region agreements for long-term success.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring fresh, consultative recommendations that inspire action.
- Drive Results: Keep leadership informed with clear progress updates and sales insights, driving outcomes and pushing for success.
You will ideally have
- Education: Ideally educated to BA or MBA level (or professional equivalent) preferably with subjects studied including IT, Business Management, or Sales.
- Fluency in French & English: Business-level proficiency in both languages, spoken and written is essential.
- B2B Sales Expertise: Proven track record in direct sales and global account acquisition and consultative sales where you have been successful in winning new business, IT managed services or new logos across Fortune Global accounts in complex, matrix environments.
- Hunter Mentality: Passion for new business development, direct sales and winning high-value deals, plus the perseverance and drive to make this a success.
- Executive Presence: Ability to engage senior leaders and drive impactful conversations. With proven experience working with C-Suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with virtual teams, leading by example and collaborating across departments.
