We are looking for a Plant Controlling Manager to join AESC France team to support the battery plant operation and development of a new world-class and innovative mass manufacturing Gigafactory. Key Responsabilités
- Implémente and maintain appropriate Finance/Business Support structures for France Region.
- Manage Planning, Reporting and Analysis processes to ensure timely and accurate forecasting, and development of roadmaps and mitigations to meet short and long-term financial objectives.
- Drive financial IBP process. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Review and analysis of monthly financial results. Drive efficient communication and continuous improvement.
- Provide financial counsel to General Manager for deal evaluation and other ad hoc analyses.
- Establish and maintain strong customer compliance tools and controls.
- Initiate, develop, implement, and monitor Economic Profit and GMI programs in Region France.
- Responsible for Order Entry / Customer Admin performance and processes for the France Region.
- Create and maintain a system of controls, implementing/monitoring Abbott policies and procedures.
- Talent development - Responsible for training, development, and ongoing coaching of Finance staff
- Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CMA/CPA preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing expense or cost controlling, preferably in car or chemical products manufacturing industry
- Ideally with experience in SAP and BI
- Knowledge of purchase process is a must, knowledge of standard cost is a plus
- With multi-national company experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to develop strong partnership / team building relationships within a cross functional environment
- Ability to fluently speak, read and write in English as a must
