Within the Group, you will join the Group Chief Strategy Officer & Head of IR as a Personal Assistant of the Management Committee Member (MC)
Your job and daily missions:
- Provide administrative support to the MC MemberOrganize and schedule complex meetings and appointmentsBook travel and arrangementsPerform multifaceted general office support: time-off, purchases, expense accountsCollaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service
- In addition of this core mission:You will support the Deputy Head of Strategy Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointmentsBook travel and other arrangements
- You will also support the teams and contribute to the dept’s cohesionOrganize employee arrivals and departuresManage supply & software requestsPlan travel arrangements, ensure accuracy of expense accounts, schedule meetingsTrack and monitor the team’s holidays and leaves of absenceManage department logistics (maintaining a sufficient stock of supplies & computer equipment & their inventoryOrganize dept’s events and celebrations
- You may also perform the following non-exhaustive tasks:Produce day-to-day documents and reports (dashboards, monitoring quantitative and/or qualitative data, budget control, ...),Attend meetings and write up the ‘minutes’Perform other duties as assigned
Votre Profil Let’s talk about you:
- Background and experience:Previous successful experience as a Personal Assistant at Senior Executive Level in an international environment
- Technical and professional skills:Experience of managing complex diaries and travel arrangementsRigorous, strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detailsExcellent time management skillsStrong Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookFluent in French and English (written and oral)
