Sales Administration Officer

Main Responsibilities

As a member of the Sales Team the incumbent is responsible for :

Sales Administration and Management of the IEA webstore

• Assist in the management of the webstore : handle incoming orders issue invoices monitor customer database (CRM Webstore)
• Ensure high quality customer service by responding to general requests inquiries and claims. Maintain good working relations with all customers.
• Assist with the upload of products on the webstore. Liaise with other IEA services (authors Publications Press Web)
