Arlo Europe part of Verisure is seeking a talented innovative passionate Arlo Europe Social Media Manager to be based in Paris France or alternatively in Solna Sweden. The role will be part of the Digital Acquisition Team and will directly report into our Head of Digital Acquisition EMEA based in Paris France.

Strategic context and Value proposition

Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe and Latin 2019 we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlos European business in particular the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe including e-commerce and retail. Additionally Verisure entered into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.

Today Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels. Instead we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales Alliances and telesales. The acquisition of Arlo Europe gives us a strong leadership position in these two emerging and important channels for our business. This transaction has strategic importance. Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Role Description

As Social Media Manager for Arlo Europe you will be responsible for developing managing and optimizing Arlos social media presence across key European markets (UK France Germany Sweden Denmark Switzerland). You will oversee both paid and organic social media activities ensuring brand consistency engagement growth and performance-driven campaigns.

This role requires a creative and data-driven professional with 35 years of confirmed experience in social media management. English is mandatory and additional mastery of other digital marketing levers (influencer marketing content creation CRM SEO SEA) will be considered a strong plus.

You will work closely with the European Marketing team Brand Studio and Sales to integrate social media into Arlos broader digital strategy. Social media operations are coordinated and managed directly within the European team ensuring full ownership and alignment with internal priorities.

Responsibilities:

Paid Social Media Campaigns

  • Plan launch and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to align paid social with SEA Affiliation Amazon and broader digital actions.
  • Optimize budgets targeting and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Managing the budgets and costs associated with social media campaigns and marketing.

Organic Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute organic content strategies across platforms (Meta Instagram etc.).
  • Create engaging localized content tailored to each market (UK/FR/DE)
  • Manage editorial calendars community engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor trends competitors and consumer insights to propose creative formats

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (engagement reach conversions ROI) across organic and paid campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to report results to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand Studio and Sales teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Support product launches and key marketing initiatives with tailored social activations.
  • Coordinate with local market teams to adapt strategies to cultural and linguistic specificities.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up to date with social media trends tools and best practices.
  • Experiment with new formats (Reels Stories UGC influencer collaborations).
  • Contribute to the evolution of Arlos digital presence in line with business objectives.

Possibility of management and supervisory skills of internship student

Location

Permanent hire based in Paris France or alternatively Solna Sweden (Hybrid).

Reports and organization structure

Direct reporting line into Head of Digital Acquisition EMEA based in Paris France.

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • 35 years of confirmed experience in social media management (organic paid).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills (English mandatory; French/German/Swedish languages a plus).
  • Creative mindset with ability to adapt brand storytelling to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets is highly valued.
  • Additional expertise in other digital levers (SEA SEO CRM influencer marketing) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
