Senior Finance Manager - 9-Month Contract

EMEA Recruitment is partnered with an international logistics business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its Finance operations during a period of transition from their Paris HQ.

This role is ideal for a senior Finance leader with strong operational experience and the ability to stabilize teams, strengthen controls, and drive performance in a changing environment.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager:

• Lead the French Finance function, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and strong governance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial performance management
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve margins, costing, and decision-making
• Support integration and process harmonization across multiple business units
• Mentor and develop a multi-site Finance team

Profile:

• Senior Finance experience within logistics, transport, freight, or similar operational industries
• Strong knowledge of French accounting and tax requirements
• Experience in transformation, integration, or transitional leadership roles
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
