Mission – Skills Services Project Lead
Reporting to the Professional Services Director (Skills & Talent Intelligence), the Skills Services Project Lead is responsible for structuring, delivering, and continuously improving Skills-related Professional Services projects for 365Talents’ customers.
The role focuses on defining service methodologies, standard deliverables, timelines, and quality criteria for Skills Services, ensuring consistency across customer engagements.
Internally, the Project Lead works cross-functionally with Data, Customer Success, Tech, and Product teams to define project governance, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure smooth execution within tight timelines.
A key responsibility is to enforce delivery quality standards, ensuring client skills frameworks are optimized, scalable, and aligned with both client use cases and the 365Talents supra-skills framework.
Externally, the Project Lead ensures the clarity and quality of client-facing deliverables, collects structured client feedback, and contributes to continuous improvement of services and internal processes.
