The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work. < / p> lt;p><strong>Within the Group, you will join the IT department, part of GIE AXA Service< / strong>. < / p> lt;p><strong>Within this Department, you will be part of the IT Excellence team< / strong>, in charge of the Architecture, Developments and Cloud expertise.  < / p> lt;p><strong>Your job and daily missions< / strong> : < / p> lt;ul>
lt;li>Technical Expertise
- lt;ul>
- lt;li>Help to define and maintain technical roadmaps for local distributed infrastructures (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Network) < / li>
- lt;li>Review and assess technical architecture and technical choices in line with AXA entities requirements < / li>
- lt;li>Create and maintain Technical IT procedures (Change Management, Technical Debt, …) < / li>
- lt; / ul>
- lt; / li>
lt;li>Governance :
- lt;ul>
- lt;li>Contribute and support to technical governance meetings (ASB, GLAC..). < / li>
- lt;li>Lead the Change Management Board for GIE 3. < / li>
- lt; / ul>
- lt; / li>
lt;li>Local Infrastructures and Cloud platforms follow-up :
- lt;ul>
- lt;li>Incident Management on local infrastructure < / li>
- lt;li>Management of technical debt on all platforms < / li>
- lt;li>Remediation and patching tasks (as per AXA standard baselines) < / li>
- lt; / ul>
- lt; / li>
lt;li>Change Management
- lt;ul>
- lt;li>In charge of the Change Advisory Board for AXA GIE with all the SMEs (Security, Workplace, Architecture) < / li>
- lt;li>Review and assess normal and standard changes and its impacts < / li>
- lt;li>Create and share reports < / li>
- lt;li>Assist users on Change Methodology and processes < / li>
- lt; / ul>
- lt; / li>
lt;li>IT for IT
- lt;ul>
- lt;li>Be the owner and Support for tools : JIRA / Confluence / GitHub < / li>
- lt;li>Contribute to new projects within GIE on Local infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS and / or container technologies (OpenShift / OpenPaaS) < / li>
- lt; / ul>

lt;li>Follow-up IT skills at CIO Office :
- lt;ul>
- lt;li>Technical positions interviews follow up< / li>
- lt;li>BAU Technical support for Project Managers (SSL certificates, DNS, domain names whitelisting, SSO deployment, etc…)< / li>
