The Global Talent Development and Mobility Manager, Wine Estates will be based in Paris, reporting directly to Global HR Director, Wine Estates.
You will work in close partnership with our Maison HR leadership and HR Talent communities across the company and group to help us realise our Talent ambitions.
You will drive and champion diversity and inclusion in all that we do in Talent Development and Mobility management.

Employee Journey, from talent attraction to talent development
- Lead the development of Wine Estates talent strategy, employer value proposition and its successful, measurable execution to support in delivering our talent and capability building ambitions.
- in partnership with global talent communities and Maison HR leads, ensure development and execution of an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
- Career conversations culture, actively build connections with our talents, holding career conversations, supporting in assessing talent development gaps and opportunities to support their development and succession, in partnership with line managers.
Drive culture of career conversations and use of our Talent to support in documenting and tracking progress, driving key performance indicators.
- Career paths and capabilities, support in building a clear career map for Wine Estates across maison and global roles in partnership with Maison HR community, ensuring transparency in career opportunities and capabilities required for our teams
- Animate Wine Estates global talent mobility community, leverage our geography. Drive focus on talent mobilities, through global HR Maison mobility communities.
Leverage this community and lead on short term career development assignments, their identification, talent matching, implementation and follow ups.
Meet the Organization needs through Talents’ standpoint
- Drive ongoing sourcing and pipelining of talents internally and externally to support key positions appointment and succession planning, in partnership with our Maison and global talent communities.
- Lead the organisational management review program for Wine Estates (OMR), supporting in building a clear view on our key talents, their potential, key positions, succession planning, gaps, and strategies to solve for gaps, in partnership with Maison HR Leads and Global and group talent communities.
- HR Community upskilling and development on talent development topics to support in driving our talent strategy ambitions.
- Lead compelling internal and external Talent communications strategy, driving Wine Estates talent reach and impact.
HR Systems and Data
Ensure our talent attraction, sourcing and development tools are championed and their use embedded across Wine Estates.
Partner with Maison HR, Global HR Organisational Performance Manager, Wine Estates and relevant global HRIS teams to ensure effective Talent systems deployment and use across Wine Estates Maison.
- Be obsessed with ensuring data availability and credibility, related to your scope. leverage data insights to drive key talent strategies to deliver our ambitions.
- Drive Global Talent Development budget, costs, approvals management processes.
HR Partnering, Global Paris ( employees)
Act as HR Partner, supporting day to day point of contact for Global team on all HR topics across employee lifecycle.
Profile
Education and / or Experience
- A university degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology (Bachelors or Masters) or demonstrable 5-7 yrs. experience within a similar scope.
- Experience within generalist HR role, HR Partnering
