Head of Finance Transformation (Private Equity)

We are seeking a Financial Transformation leader to lead the transformation of our finance function and drive improvements across systems, processes, and reporting. This is a pivotal role for a tech-driven organization looking to scale efficiently and enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the redesign and optimization of finance systems and processes to support growth.
• Implement robust controls and reporting frameworks for better decision-making.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise.
• Background in Big4 / Practice is preferred
• Proven experience in financial control within a fast-paced, tech or services environment.
• Track record of leading transformation projects and implementing new systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting.
